These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by DTC Systems AI ("we", "us", "our") through our website at dtcsystems.ai and via our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products
DTC Systems AI sells pre-built AI automation systems ("Skills") designed for use with Anthropic's Claude platform. Our products are digital files delivered electronically after purchase. They are not custom services — each product is a standardised, pre-built system that works the same way for every customer.
3. Licence
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product within your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the product files with third parties. Each purchase covers use by a single business entity.
4. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally via download link provided after payment. You will receive access immediately upon successful payment. If you do not receive your download link, please contact us at jack@dtcsystems.ai and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are inclusive of the product as described on the relevant product page. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment information.
6. Refund Policy
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if you experience a genuine issue with a product — such as a file that does not work as described — please contact us within 14 days of purchase at jack@dtcsystems.ai and we will work with you to resolve it, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
7. Requirements & Compatibility
Our products are designed to work with Anthropic's Claude platform. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude subscription or API access. We do not guarantee compatibility with other AI platforms or tools. Product descriptions on our website detail specific requirements for each system.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, content, branding, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of DTC Systems AI. Your purchase grants you a usage licence as described in Section 3 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
9. Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is". While we design and test every system thoroughly, we make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue outcomes, or performance metrics. Results depend on your implementation, business context, and how you use the systems.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTC Systems AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Third-Party Services
Our products integrate with third-party platforms including Anthropic's Claude. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates made by third-party providers that may affect product functionality.
12. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to process your purchase and deliver your product. Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy under their own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
